Not because he didn’t need them. Not because he didn’t want them. But because his mind convinced him to wait. This is exactly what happens with your ideal clients. They KNOW they need help. They try to be “better.” But none of that matters if your ideal client still believes staying the same is safer than changing. So how do you win? You don’t just sell. You challenge. 1/ Break their cycle of doubt. Your job is not to be the best coach in the industry. Your job is to be the one who helps them finally DECIDE to change. Because when their mind opens up to that possibility… You become the only obvious choice. No competitor is stronger than the belief that they don’t need to change. And if your words don’t challenge that belief… Your offer will never reach them. Most coaches compete on tactics. The best ones compete on perspective.
